I have been baking bread for about 2 years... but up to that point I was craving it. I wanted to knead it, smell the yeasty smells. Warm my kitchen with an oven full of homemade bread... and then I did, and it wasn't even hard.... although I do get Mark to step in and knead when I get tired..
I always use the moosewood recipe... I'll post it
